How to order? (for Philippine orders)

1. Browse through our website.

2. Add to cart the items you want to purchase.

3. Check out and complete contact information.

4. Choose your payment method

  • For GCASH/Online Bank Transfer: The payment details & instructions will be provided after check out. We will also send it through email. You have 24 hours to fulfill the payment. Send us a screenshot of the proof of payment at hello@justsoyouknowit.com or on our Instagram account, @justsoyouknowit. Once payment is confirmed, we will process your order.

    5. You are done! You will receive a confirmation email from us. 

    What courier do you use for domestic regular shipping?

    We use J&T Express for Metro Manila and Provincial orders. 

    Do you ship internationally? 

    Yes we do, we use Phl Post (Philippine Post Office) and LBC/DHL as shipping couriers. 

     

    How long is the domestic and international shipping? 

    Domestic orders are usually delivered in 3-7 business days. International orders are going to take a little longer. Jsyk, we're not responsible for carrier delays. :( 

    If you want it faster, we recommend choosing the most expensive shipping option available or upgrading to Express shipping. Your package will arrive much faster with that option.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Any order placed can be cancelled after payment but only if the order is cancelled before the items are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us during regular business hours (9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mon-Fri) either by e- mail to hello@justsoyouknowit.com or on our Instagram: @justsoyouknowit.

    Do you offer returns or exchanges? 

    We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Please note that all items must be unworn, unwashed, unopened, and unused with original packaging intact for a return or exchange to be accepted.

    All costs associated in returning an item will be assumed by the customer (you).  After the items are returned, our team will conduct investigation and exchange is subject for approval. Once exchange is approved, we will issue store credit. New shipping fees will apply.

    We will happily refund your money if your item is not in stock.
