We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, we'll do what it takes to make it right.

If your item is damaged or faulty, please send us photos of the damage or issue at within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will do our best to work with you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please include all relevant information in your message (what happened/how it happened/when did it happen/what caused the issue).

Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that all items must be unopened and unused with original packaging intact for a return or exchange to be accepted.

All costs associated in returning an item will be assumed by the customer (you).  After the items are returned, our team will conduct investigation and exchange is subject for approval. Once exchange is approved, we will issue store credit. New shipping fees will apply.

We will happily refund your money if your item is not in stock.
